Customer Service Supervisor
About Us:
DigitalPath is growing! We are hiring a Customer Service Supervisor for our Chico, CA location. DigitalPath is a Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP) providing residential and business internet service in Northern and Central California. We specialize in bringing high-speed wireless internet to rural or hard to reach customers. Our mission is to bring a faster, more reliable service for customers that are typically unserved or underserviced by cable companies.
The Ideal Candidate will be someone that will:

Supports the Call Center Manager with the day-to-day operations.
Assists direct reports with duties when required.
Supervises assigned call center direct reports.
Assists with the hiring and on-boarding process and beyond by participating in the interviewing and selection of applicants, training new hires and keeping the team motivated.
Responds to customer inquiries and resolves customer issues in a timely manner.
A Successful Candidate will have:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience working in a customer service role.
Dispatching experience is preferred.
Extensive knowledge of customer service procedures and principles.
Strong computer skills with Office 365 and stand-alone applications such as, Excel, Word, Project, Access and PowerPoint.
Highly Organized with attention to detail.
Ability to use good judgement and make sound decisions in resolving customer complaints and issues while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.
Must be able to coach and mentor customer service team of direct reports.
Demonstrated supervisory and/or leadership skills with a minimum of three (3) years of experience.
Capability of communicating effectively both orally and in writing.
Proficient in use of telephone equipment and relevant computer programs.
Reliable transportation to and from the office.
Physical requirements:
Work performed for this position is in the office and requires you to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and occasional overtime as required.
While performing duties of this job, employee may be required to sit for prolonged periods while using a computer.
Benefits and Compensation information
Starting compensation range is ($24.00-$28.00) depending on experience.
