Core Responsibilities
Daily posting and balancing of time for all CAM site employees
Run and verify extract upon completion of timesheet entry
Identify variances through time reconciliation
Process system hires, terminations and adjustments
Research and resolve all discrepancies
Liaise with site to resolve any issues
Maintain files: timesheet folders and employee files
Duties performed in compliance with Internal Controls
Other duties as directed by supervisor or manager
Qualifications
3 – 5 years experience in payroll/field accounting
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong computer skills – MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), payroll data entry
Able to work in tight deadlines and fast paced environment
Ability to deal effectively with people in a tactful, informative manner.
Excellent communication skills and a sense of caring for people.
Flexibility to work overtime to meet deadlines.
