The Role
This isn’t door-to-door.
As a Home Energy Consultant, you’ll meet with qualified homeowners and business owners who already have appointments set by our development team.
You’ll:
– Consult with customers to understand their goals.
– Design solar and home energy systems that make sense for them.
– Guide them through financing and approvals.
– Own the relationship through install handoff.
– If you like solving problems, leading conversations, and being trusted to deliver — this role’s for you.

Compensation & Structure
– 100% Commission-Based (1099 Contractor)
– Uncapped Earnings: Top performers average $2,000–$3,500+ per week.
