Responsible for preventive and predictive maintenance, alongside effective troubleshooting and repair of breakdowns across production and utilities.
What are we looking for?
Minimum Requirements
Industrial Electrician license (442A)
5+ years of manufacturing experience in a maintenance environment
Working knowledge of pneumatic/hydraulic systems, motors, motor control circuits, power distribution systems up to 600 VAC electrical experience
Knowledge of controls and instrumentation (Example: HMI systems, resistance temperature detectors, pressure differential transmitters, and 4-20 MA loop control systems, etc)
Knowledge of industrial plant systems, equipment and operations
Proficient in the use of industrial mechanics tools, electrician’s tools, instrumentation and controls tools, and rigging/millwork tools
Physical Requirements:
Frequent lifting/carrying (10-50 lbs.) and frequent pushing/pulling (50-200 lbs.).
Frequent handling/gripping/bending/stooping
Ability to work at elevated heights off a ladder or platform, climb stairs, leaning over equipment
Ability to stand and / or work on feet for extended periods
Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed to support production needs and to conduct multi-task work in a very fast paced work environment
Ability to read, write and understand English
Preferred Qualifications:
High speed packaging experience
Allen Bradley PLC, VFD, Kinetix drives, servo motors, etc
SAP/Microsoft Office knowledge
What will be your Key Responsibilities?
Electrical support for a 24/7 production operation
Interpret and maintain electrical schematics
Identify, design, and implement controls improvement solutions
Interface with contractors, vendors, engineering, maintenance, and operations
Perform root cause analysis on process interruptions
Work with engineering on specific electrical and or controls projects from design to startup, including HMI and PLC programming, installation, checkout, start-up, and training
Provide on shift – plant-wide support (including overtime coverage for vacancies) for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolution of Level I (PLC/Servos) and Level II (HMI) system related problems
Total Rewards (Effective Day 1!)
Starting pay based on experience $45/hr
Bonus (AVP) – target bonus of 5% of base pay, depending on company performance
Merit Pay – Increase to base pay once per year based on your performance
