We are seeking a dedicated and professional Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position plays a critical role in overseeing nursing care activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing high-quality care to residents in a long-term care setting.
As an RN, you will assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing the daily operations of the nursing department, developing and maintaining policies and procedures, and ensuring that all nursing staff adhere to established protocols. This role also involves participation in quality assurance programs, care planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure residents receive the best care possible.
