This position will serve as the escalation point for our Level I and II technicians as well as managing servers. Network administration experience is a must. This position will be working complex server and network issues daily. A cybersecurity focused approach required.

Hours: Full Time Monday through Friday. with ability to work overtime when needed

Salary: $60K-$80K Annually. This is an exempt position.

Location: Cincinnati, OH and at customer locations **This is a hybrid position. ~3 days work from home, 2 days in our Cincinnati office. Must be willing to travel to client locations at any time with little to no notice.

Requirements:

Help Desk experience
Customer Service experience
Bachelor of Science in Information Technology preferred
CompTIA A+
CompTIA Network+ or CCNA
CompTIA Security+
MCSA: Windows Server OS
5+ Years of technical support experience
Experience resolving desktop/laptop issues
Experience resolving advanced network issues
Experience with Windows 8/10
Experience with Windows Server OS
Experience with HyperV and VMWare
Experience with Microsoft products (Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, SQL, etc)
Comfortable interacting with customers
Comfortable working independently
Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
Willing to travel to client locations as needed
