Technical Consultant Associate (Co-op), Professional Services Full Time

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of tools to support implementation and reduce timelines.
• Help document and maintain technical configuration documentation.
• Participate in collaborative efforts with application consultants and business analysts.
• Support the troubleshooting of configuration issues and aid in developing solutions.
• Assist in testing and validating software configurations to ensure they meet requirements.
• Update and maintain the knowledge base of software updates and configurations.
• Participate in training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Assist in developing best practices and standardized procedures for configurations.
